What is included in the first consultation?

In a meeting of about 60 minutes, we discuss your business, issues, AI possibilities, and priorities. Business strategy and the implications of AI are also in scope. Afterward, you receive a concise summary of the discussion. The first consultation is free for now.

Does the monthly advisory fee include development?

The standard JPY 50,000 monthly advisory fee, excluding tax, covers staying informed, discussion, direction-setting, and reviews. Foundations and additional development are scoped and quoted separately.

Can we continue working together after the initial build?

Yes. Ongoing advisory lets you review what you have learned from using the system and what changing AI capabilities mean for your next steps. Further implementation is agreed and scoped separately.
