The upfront development fee is ¥0. A fixed monthly fee includes operations and ongoing improvement (for Handoff, the monthly fee ends when handover completes). We confirm the following inputs before presenting the monthly scope:
- — The range of work handed over (how far it goes)
- — The number of tools to connect (your existing CRM, spreadsheets, and so on)
- — Where human approval sits (the complexity of the approval-gate design)
- — The estimated time from start to first run (2–6 weeks)

The OSS can be used as-is for free. A build tailored to your company follows the same commissioned model: no upfront development fee, then a fixed monthly fee that includes operations and improvement.

When we propose paid work
Only once the audit shows continuation or a build is needed and both sides agree do we present the scope and monthly proposal.
Zero cost if you decline
Review the monthly proposal and pass, and nothing is charged. The audit sheet we made stays with you.
External-market revenue-share arrangements and large engagements are discussed individually according to the work. We confirm detailed terms through the advisory or a meeting.
If the eligibility conditions for an IT-adoption subsidy or a similar program are met, part of the eligible expense may be subsidized and your effective burden may be lower. Eligible expenses and subsidy rates vary by program, application category, and applicant requirements. Awards are subject to review; A&A does not guarantee selection. How does pricing work?+
The advisory is free for the first month and is ¥50,000 per month from month two. AI Agent and Handoff development start with a ¥0 upfront development fee, followed by a fixed monthly fee that includes operations and ongoing improvement. We present the monthly scope after reviewing the target work, connected tools, approval design, and estimated timeline.
Is there a setup fee, or added costs later?+
The upfront development fee is ¥0. Instead of prepaying a development bill, you receive a monthly proposal—including operations and improvement—after the target scope is clear. If you review that proposal and decide not to proceed, nothing is charged up to that point. After work starts, no added cost is incurred unless we agree to change the scope.
