Before we talk.
Can I talk to you before I know what to ask for?
Yes. You can start with “I want to use AI, but I do not know where to begin.” We discuss your business and questions, then explore possibilities and priorities together.
What is included in the first consultation?
In a meeting of about 60 minutes, we discuss your business, issues, AI possibilities, and priorities. Business strategy and the implications of AI are also in scope. Afterward, you receive a concise summary of the discussion. The first consultation is free for now.
Does the monthly advisory fee include development?
The standard JPY 50,000 monthly advisory fee, excluding tax, covers staying informed, discussion, direction-setting, and reviews. Foundations and additional development are scoped and quoted separately.
Can we continue working together after the initial build?
Yes. Ongoing advisory lets you review what you have learned from using the system and what changing AI capabilities mean for your next steps. Further implementation is agreed and scoped separately.
Do I need to understand AI already?
No. You do not need to choose a tool before getting in touch. We explain capabilities in practical terms and distinguish what is possible today from ideas that are still hypotheses.
How often can we meet, and how do we communicate?
We agree on communication channels, consultation frequency, and expected response times before a contract begins, based on your needs and the scope of support. The standard fee does not include unlimited work or consultations.
How are development cost and timing decided?
We review the business purpose, workflows, existing systems, required functionality, and completion criteria before providing a tailored quote. You can inquire before specifications are defined. Additional development and maintenance are agreed separately as needed.
What happens between an inquiry and the meeting?
Send a short description of your business and questions through the contact form. We review it and then invite you to a meeting. Submitting an inquiry does not book a meeting or start a paid contract.
