Decide where AI belongs in the business
A&A advisory is JPY 50,000/month excluding tax. It focuses on the owner’s decisions, priorities and evidence. Implementation and development are not included.
Build a defined workflow
When the workflow, systems, inputs and exception handling can be scoped, move to requirements, design and implementation. A&A quotes this work separately after reviewing the required scope.
Bring one real workflow to the conversation.
- A recent example: who received what, where work stopped, and who checked it. Remove personal information and customer names.
- The business consequence: missed work, rework or staffing pressure. Distinguish released time from real spending and revenue opportunities.
- Constraints: existing tools, budget, the internal reviewer and material that cannot be shared remotely. Explain any essential need for an on-site visit.
