- Advisory service: the first month is free; JPY 50,000 per month (excluding tax; JPY 55,000 including tax) from the second month onward. Custom development: no upfront development fee and a fixed monthly fee (quoted individually based on scope).
- Payment timing & method
- Primarily credit card payment (Stripe), with other methods arranged individually where applicable. Timing follows the individual agreement.
- Delivery timing
- Provided on a schedule arranged individually after the engagement begins.
- Recurring billing & cancellation
- The advisory service is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. The monthly fee begins after the free first month. To cancel, notify us through official LINE no later than the day before the next renewal date. No prorated adjustments or refunds are offered once service delivery has begun. The minimum commitment period and cancellation terms for fixed-monthly commissioned development will be provided in writing when the contract is signed.
