Is the consultation or meeting free?+
Yes. There is no charge for the official LINE consultation or the meeting that follows. Costs only start once you agree to and sign an advisory or engagement plan.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes — contact us on official LINE and we will adjust the schedule. Please let us know by the day before if possible.
Are meetings online only?+
Online by default — you can join from anywhere with no travel time. If you would prefer to meet in person, ask and we will consider it case by case.
Is there anything I should prepare beforehand?+
No special preparation is needed. If anything, just have in mind one task that is currently taking up your time. We will not ask you to prepare materials.
